Your home away from home - our fabulous luxury villa with private pool and spa is situated in the gated resort community of Windsor at Westside, conveniently situated, approximately 10-15 mins from Disney and close to Golf at Champions Gate. Up to 16 people can enjoy their dream vacation in our very special 8-bedroom, 6 Bath home. Windsor at Westside is sure to be a much sought after location, with its fabulous resort pool & club house.
Our home enjoys lovely open views over water, where birds can often be seen swimming or enjoying the sun. Sit in our super comfy furniture on the private pool deck area and enjoy the wonderful sunsets From the minute you walk in the door you will be Wowed!
This is a step above your "normal" vacation home. Our spacious home is large enough to accommodate a large group, but equally a home from home, it is extremely comfortable for a small group too.

As you enter our home, you will enter the hallway with views through the very large ground floor family room to the pool area and beyond to the lake view!
Furnished with comfort and style in mind, the ground floor family room has a large fully equipped kitchen, a huge table for all guests to gather round, an a comfortable TV area with sofas and reclining chairs. The TV is roku enabled giving hundreds of channel options.
The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, and everything you need to serve up a snack or a feast! Plenty of dinnerware, pots and glasses - there are unbreakable ones to use outdoors too.
Beyond the patio doors you will find the wonderful outdoor area. Plenty of comfortable seating and loungers, with an outdoor dining area too. The view of the Sunset over the lake are fabulous and you will get some wonderful pictures to take home.
Our large covered pool area offers a large pool, which can be heated on request, and has a spa tub with waterfall feature. If it gets too warm there is a large covered lanai with fans to keep you cool. . The large gas barbeque included in the rental, will keep even the most dedicated of cooks happy!
Doors to the pool area are alarmed for safety and there is also a pool fence if required.
Our home is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and our beds extremely comfortable - just what you need after a hard day at the parks - with luxury bedlinen and plenty of towels, inc pool towels.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms, the first at the front of the house is a Queen room with adjacent Shower Room, the second is at the rear and is the large Master Suite, with door to pool area. It has two large walk in wardrobes and a fabulous ensuite with separate toilet, a walk in shower, soaker tub and double vanity.
Upstairs you will find the second large living room, with large TV and X box. There is a poker table for games nights and a supply of traditional board games for fun with all the family.
Upstairs you will find 3 king rooms and 3 twins.
The first king at the top of the stairs is a lovely bright room with double windows The ensuite has walk in shower and double vanity,
The 2nd king with is at the front of the home, decorating in relaxing deep lilac tones, the double windows facing east, enjoys the morning sunshine. The 3rd king is at the rear and shares a jack and jill shower room with the bright twin room. Both bedrooms have their own lock off vanity area for privacy.
Two further twin bedded rooms are in a separate lobby to the right of the upstairs living are -one a Seashore themed room and the other a Star Wars themed room - These share a bathroom with tub and double vanity.
Our fully air conditioned game room is sure to be a hit with everyone - We have a slate bed pool table, foosball and air hockey, dart board and music system - the extra drinks fridge is a real bonus!
Lots of little extras make our home from home special, such as a Hairdryer in every bathroom, music system in the games room with blue tooth capability, and comprehensive TV with roku providing to hundreds of channels. Wifi is fast and secure.
For Babies included are 2 cribs, a pack and play, high chairs, baby monitor and stair gates.
Our wonderful management company, based close by, keeps our home in immaculate condition and are fastidious about cleanliness. Rest assured you wont be disappointed , our home certainly has the wow factor as soon as you enter the door! - many of our guests tell us it is even better than it looks on the pictures!
The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. It has a lazy river and a dedicated children's area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and also a volley ball court. There is also a free play games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes walk of our home and included in your rental rates.
The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off Hwy 192 and about 10-15 minutes to Disney, 25 to Sea World and about 30 to Universal depending on traffic. There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places - on Hwy 192 and 27

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and spacious home. The home was very clean, great floor plan, the pool was wonderful, well equipped home with a great game room. Fantastic Getaway!
This house has it all! We needed an escape from the winter and COVID lockdowns and this property was perfect. The booking process was easy and smooth, communication with the owners/managers was always pleasant and answers were provided quickly. The house had more than enough space for everyone, the kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils, serving ware, and cookware that is needed. The swimming pool heat was worth the additional cost, the pool temperature was very pleasant and enabled us to s wim late into the evening after the sun had set. The view from the back of the house is perfect, overlooking a small lake and fountain - it felt very private. The game room entertained us for hours and it was nice to have additional options to do besides swimming. We didn't get to visit the neighbourhood amenities but when we stopped in the clubhouse to ask a question they were very helpful. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider another stay at this property. Thank you Pat, for sharing your home with us.

Great Family Vacation
Our family of 8 adults and 7 children spent 11 days at this fabulous home. It was very spacious and had everything to make it a perfect home away from home. Very spacious both inside and out and so close to the Disney parks with very easy access. The pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated after some long days at the park. And we ended our nights in extremely comfortable beds. The owner was very easy to communicate with always answered any questions we had. This home will not disappoint.

Perfect home for multiple family units.
We loved this house. The place was huge with a beautiful kitchen and living area. The pool area was gorgeous. we had four “family units” and the space was perfect. Everyone had their own space (and a lot of it). They had nearly everything we could want for a baby as well. Cribs, high chairs, monitors. I was really impressed by how the house was stocked with family essentials. Location to Disney was perfect.

Beautiful!
your vacation home was beautiful. We saved for a year for this vacation and it was well worth it. We didn't go to any of the attractions this time because we wanted to just relax and enjoy the house and the pool and hot tub. The hot tub really helped me out. I am 71 years old and spending time in the hot tub helped my joints a lot..We all enjoyed the club house pool and lazy river. I would recommend your house to anyone with a large family. Thank you for renting this house to my family. June 2019

We stayed at this magnificent home from February 23rd, 2019 to March 2nd, 2019. The owners were fabulous to work with and the local management company was very responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back!
