Amazing stay!

Review14 of us arrived on 8th July 23 to hot and sunny Orlando. We were impressed with how big this house was! Bigger than the pictures. I have to say you never felt like there was so many of us in the house. It had everything we needed. We had no major issues. Area is quiet tucked in at back of a huge resort. Club house is a good walk away so we drove. But would definitely visit again! Thanks for having us!

Disney World Family Vacation 2023

This house was beautiful inside and out. The backyard and pool area was fantastic and throughly enjoyed by parents and children . As all the kids were good swimmers ,we did not need the safety fence but it is a good feature.The house is well equipped in the kitchen. It is equipped to handle small chidren with door alarms ,high chairs, play pens and internal baby gates available. The bedrooms are all comfortable and TV equipped. The overhead fan remote controlls took some learning but we finally got the knack of them.We had 6 adults and 4 chidren under 7 yrs and the house had plenty of space for all. The management company responded to a couple of phone inquiries very quickly and resolved our questions over the phone. Pat Richardson was excellent to work with as we had to delay this trip from previous year and she was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company and house to any group wanting a home away from home while on vacation.

Family Vacation

Our family stayed at this beautiful property for 9 nights and had a wonderful vacation. Directions to get there were easy to find with the information given and all the information on the home. The home was very clean and well maintained. There was everything you could have wanted in the kitchen to cook and with 11 of us we cooked a great deal. We had a beautiful pool that we loved. Having a salt water chlorinated pool was wonderful as we had our 3 grandchildren (2 aged 3 and 1 aged 5) that made it much easier on their sensitive skin as they were in it morning till evening when we were at the house. We would like to thank our lovely hosts for our stay in their beautiful home.

DREAM HOME!

This Solterra villa was the perfect vacation home for our family! The pictures don’t lie, this home was as amazing as the pictures displayed. The size and layout of the home was very spacious and accommodated everyone. The furniture was comfortable and very good quality. I would buy this home in a minute. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, all have TVs, ceiling fans and spacious closets. The 6 bathrooms were all fantastic, some with separate water closets and double vanities. The 2nd living area with game table and games room in the garage was a big hit and a fantastic way to spend time inside. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed, more than enough of dishes and cutlery! The laundry room had additional cleaning items like a vacuum and the washer and dryer were in great working order. The outdoor pool area was perfect, the loungers, furniture, outdoor tv, ceiling fans and lighting were all fantastic. And loads of great pool toys! The property management team quickly responded when we contacted them about the pool spa not shutting off and the problem was resolved quickly. They were very helpful! We look forward to future visits to this home!

Solterra Sunshine Villa - a great place to stay!

We take a lot of trouble to choose the right villa for us and had looked at dozens of others before we found this one. We wanted the right configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms, the pool to be south / south west facing, not overlooked or too close to neighbours, games room, breakout lounge etc. This had it all. The villa was spotless on arrival, well stocked and beautifully presented. It really was a great place to stay.

Fabulous Home

  My family had a wonderful stay at Patricia’s home. It was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Our favourite part of our stay was the outdoor area. It was very quiet and private. Perfect for grilling and enjoying the beautiful heated pool and spa. This home is great for families and very near theme parks and other Orlando destinations. It truly felt like a home away from home. A crib, pack and play, high chair, and baby monitor were all provided. There were plenty of bath and pool towels. The kitchen has a lovely coffee station with tea and coffee provided. It is also stocked with all of the pots, pans, utensils, etc that you would need. Check in was very easy and we were able to check in early as well. We look forward to returning very soon.

 Perfect Family Vacation!

Thank you Pat for sharing your beautiful, spacious home. It was perfect for our family summer vacation. We did not plan to do the parks this year, as we had a couple of years prior, but just wanted a place spacious enough for all 14 of us to be able to stay and play together (after this horrific COVID isolation). Your place provided all the space we needed, comfortably. The home was very clean, and some essentials already provided to get us started. The grand- and adult kiddos alike spent quite a bit of time in the gorgeous pool, we utilized the lanai, grill, outdoor music, and of course the game room. Most also visited the water park a couple of times, as well. Beds were very comfortable, and details (that I always look for) were well appointed, such as plenty of seating in the main living space (some rentals say they rent up to 14-16 people, and there is a couch and a chair in the main living space ??), ceiling fans and TVs in all bedrooms, laundry, and they even provide pool towels if you forget to bring your own. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for your cooking pleasures. Loved it, and I would definitely look to book this place again in future.

AMAZING *****

We were 2 family's staying at this amazing home plus a small dog and we had enough space for everyone. The house itself is exactly as the pictures shown. The pool area was perfect for the kids best part you can use at night as well because of the lighting of the pool. The house is conveniently located close to supermarket, Walmart and various other places you may need. The house is about 25 mins away from the Disney park which was perfect for us. The owner/mangers provided everything you may need you only need to provide the food. The owner was very helpful before we arrived to the house, any question/request were answered within minutes. I specially loved that they were able to accommodate us earlier in the house given that our flight arrived before the check in time.. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this home to anyone. If I could give this home 10 stars I would have.

Title: Beautiful home and great overall experience

Review: This rental experience was great from initial contact with Pat through our departure. Pat is highly responsive during the booking process and even once you are in the home. She also has a local team to assist but fortunately we did not need it. The home was immaculate (and I am VERY picky) and absolutely beautiful. The home was very well stocked, and we felt very much at home for the nearly two weeks we spent there. The pool area is amazing! We loved how quiet it was back there and our kids loved waving at the cows when they came close to the yard in the field. We stayed during covid and didn't leave the home much because of that, but had the absolute best time just enjoying the home - the game room was also a nice touch if you have older kids. We would definitely stay in this home again!

Beautiful, well-appointed property

We stayed the week of Christmas as a Covid-compromise vacation; a week at the house without sightseeing, parks, etc. The home was sparkling clean, with a description of the cleaning protocols in place and a supply of cleaning products for our use (i.e., antibacterial spray for the kitchen, hand sanitizer, etc.). The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied with matching dishes, a good selection of cookware, and plastic options for outside dining. The grill is large and includes an under-lid light for night grilling.

Solterra Resort has a nice community pool. We visited it and enjoyed having the lazy river to ourselves for a bit. We did not go into the busy pool or use the slide due to Covid. Then again, we had a private heated pool and spa in our own backyard, so why deal with all the kids? :-)

We compared several similar homes (same size, same price, all in Solterra), and the teens picked this one due to the games in the game room. I am so glad they did, because the location on a cul-de-sac with an open field behind us was excellent. We were not boxed in with other pools/cages all around, and we did not deal with the really busy parking situation on some of the streets.

The owner was lovely, answered all of my questions, and was quick to respond. This vacation home exceeded our expectations.

Let me just say we asked about putting up a Christmas tree. Halfway to Florida we realized we had forgotten ours. When we walked through the door Christmas decorations were right by the door and a beautiful Christmas tree decorated by the dining room they truly went above and beyond. Easy communication between the management team and I when we couldn't find the xbox information. The rooms were amazing, clean, and comfortable the heated pool was definitely used by my children all week. Definitely will be booking this house again! Thank you

Amazing home in Davenport!

This house was nothing short of amazing! The property owners have amazing taste in decor and have gone out of their way to make this property an amazing home away from home! Highly recommend! Our family will definitely stay at this location again when visiting Orlando!

The house was very clean and had everything needed. My family and I felt very comfortable for our entire visit. The house is very large and the set up is perfect. Everyone waa able to have their own bedroom and bathroom! The heated pool and hot tub were fabulous. The kids and adults enjoyed using it everyday of our trip. I would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful 7 Bedroom / 5 Bathroom Pool Home

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in this beautiful vacation home! Patricia did a wonderful job communicating with us and making her home feel like it was our own. It was very clean and organized and there was everything that we needed for cooking, enjoying the pool, and having the comforts of home! The pool and spa were amazing, along with the huge deck area all the way around the pool. They really did a great job designing the outdoor space. I could go on and on, but this was a perfect house for our family and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again Pat!

Fantastic Home

This home was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 10. We all had plenty of space. The pool area was spectacular with numerous loungers, large spa and pool, BBQ, and table. The home was decorated beautifully with comfortable furniture and beds. Daily garbage pick up was nice. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes (both glassware and plastic), cookware, serving platters, etc. It was nice to have dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and cleaning spray for our stay. No details were overlooked. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Rental

I had my 3 young daughters, wife, in-laws and me stay at the property for a week. You couldn’t ask for a better rental or experience. The place looks brand new and has everything you will need and more. It’s in gated community and is very safe. It’s a few miles from Champions Gate which has all the stores and restaurants you will need. The biggest hit was the jacuzzi and heated pool, my kids had a blast swimming for hours. The outdoor sitting area by pool was fantastic too! Beautiful gas’s grill, outdoor TV, plenty of seating to lounge on and even a small refrigerator outside. The place is HUGE and has 7 bedrooms, we didn’t even use 3 of the bedrooms but it was nice to have extra space. The bed are very comfortable. There is a great game room, XBox and card table for more kids entertainment. All in all you just can’t ask for much more in a rental. I will definitely stay again next year if it’s still available.

Amazing Family Vacation

Great experience with property owner was very prompt and professional in response. The property was top notch and plenty of room for the whole family and closely located to everything. I would highly recommend this property and will do business with owner in the future.
