RULES

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the property - if any evidence of smoking is found additional cleaning charges will apply and be deducted from your security deposit.

Booking form - All guests must agree to the Terms and Conditions and additional information details, which are detailed on this site and on the booking form, and sign the booking form accordingly.

a photo id of the lead party member must be verified by our booking system after booking has been made

A guest form must be completed with all guests, including children.

Only those persons named on the Booking Form shall reside at the Accommodation.

Only pre-registered guests are allowed in our home – any other visitors must be confirmed and accepted by the owners – maximum occupancy limits strictly adhere

No Party Groups are allowed, no events or gatherings.

Lead Party member must be over 25 years of age 

Pets many of our properties will allow pets, please enquire at time of booking.

Payments - we take payment by secure credit card payment through our website in US Dollars, or by Secure payment invoice in Pounds Sterling.

 arrival and departure - unless otherwise arranged,  the Accommodation will be available at 5 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.  If you would like an early or late check out please enquire at time of booking.

Pool and spa heat can be added to your reservation for an additional cost, which may vary seasonally.

you can heat the spa separately if no pool heat required.

All doors to our pool areas are alarmed, additionally a pool safety fence is available at

South View, Sunset View, Solterra Sunshine, Emerald Oasis, Solterra Sunset

The pool fence will be up for your arrival.

Security alarm - if you set off the alarm and the Mgt or Sheriff Dept are called out, a fee of £38 ($65) is payable. 

Toilet - if the Mgt is called out to unblock toilet, a minimum fee of £38 ($65) is payable.
