The Perfect Vacation

To start, the house was phenomenal. The cleanest and well kept vacation house I have stayed at. We ended up having 9 people (3 sets of adults and 3 young kids) and there was an abundance of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the layout was awesome, and the main floor living/kitchen area could not be any better. The outdoor area and the pool were heavily used as we had perfect weather all week. Everyone that went loved the stay and I would definitely book again in the future. Thank you!

Luxury home with room to spare

I booked the home as a family vacation. Our family arrived from 3 different states; I was the last one to arrive. My family met me in the driveway with exclamation of how beautiful the home is! “You gotta see this house”, “this is the nicest house we have ever rented”! A couple of family members had to cancel last minute so everyone had their own bed/bath suite! The game room and pool saw the most action during our stay. Our last night, we enjoyed moving night on the lanai. Everyone requested we make this our vacation home next reunion!

The house was amazing. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. We had more than enough room for the 15 of us and still had unused space. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. It was really nice having two fridges and two dishwashers. Plenty of room for all the food. Having two laundry rooms was a big plus too. Overall we all enjoyed the property and would recommend to our friends.

Everyone in our group of 10 had plenty of extra space for sleeping. This beautiful home had all the extras we were looking for, and we never left during the week. I recommend it especially for the pool/spa and view, game room and kitchen. Get your groceries delivered and you are set. Great communication from the owner and we would love to stay here again.

he owner of this home and the property is absolutely outstanding. Pat was a true star from initial enquiry right through to the end of our 2 weeks stay . The home is stunning, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our large family vacation . The grocery store was a 5 minute drive, very convenient. The pool, hot tub and ample seating around the pool really made our holiday. I cannot stress enough how fantastic it was. Excellent communication from Pat with thorough details on entry and directions to the home. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks so much for everything . Till next time !!

     Phenomenal property, perfect for a family getaway

     This home was, in a word, spectacular. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. We do a family trip every year and several members of my family commented that this was their favourite house we’ve ever stayed in. The home was clean and comfortable. The pool and game rooms were well-kept, and we got a ton of use out of both. Having two laundry machines and dishwashers was crucial for our big group. It’s difficult to put into words all that was great about this house. It was just perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed. AMAZING - BEST VILLA WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN

Everything about this villa holiday was FIRST CLASS. From our initial enquiry with the owner Pat in the UK nothing was too much trouble. We were given all the information needed about the villa, location, services, shopping etc. to ensure a successful trip. The villa itself was just as pictured and totally AMAZING! Spotlessly clean, lots of space, wonderful comfy beds (best sleep ever in the USA), exceptional furniture and fittings and everything possible provided to ensure a happy stay. The large pool area overlooking the open conservation area was a delight and an ideal place to relax after busy park days. We were so sorry to leave and would love to return in the future.

Worth the wait!!!

Our vacation at South View Villa finally happened after a 2 year covid delay!!! What a beautiful place … we loved it! Very spacious with lots of rooms for our grandkids .. and the games room was a hit (once we got them out of the pool!) It was very clean and well stocked - we had everything we needed!! Loved the 2 refrigerators, dishwashers, and washers and dryers. Very private and quiet with beautiful view out back. It was an amazing vacation with lots of wonderful memories!

 Beautiful Home = Great Get Away 
 
Review:       This was a beautiful home. We had a large family and this was a perfect home to accommodate all of us. Was close to the Disney parks and then the pool and outdoor area was so comfortable. The home is well equipped with everything you would need. Having a large group the double refrigerators, dishwashers, and laundry were awesome. The homeowner communicated well and gave detailed information for our stay.  We will definitely be back!!

Fabulous House!

This beautiful home was everything we wanted and more! It was fully supplied in the kitchen, plus some! The house was exceptionally clean and the layout was ideal with its spacious great room, plenty of seating, and beautiful decor. The outdoor space was magnificent, again with plenty of seating and so much to enjoy such as privacy, great view, and an outdoor tv! It was the perfect home away from home!

Family Disney trip

11 family members stayed to go to Disney. We ranged in ages from 2-65. This home had everything you could think of from game room to pool and spa! The house was cleaned and well stocked. We had all resort amenities with a club house pool yet had the space of a 9 bedroom home! We could not have enjoyed this experience more!

5/5 *****  Excellent Florida Getaway

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Southview Villa. The property was clean and we appreciated the extra steps the owners and management company took in providing additional COVID protections (disinfecting high traffic/high touch surfaces, extra cleaning of sheets/bedding, etc). While we only had 8 in our party, the house was more than spacious enough to comfortably accommodate many more. We loved the open floor plan of the first floor and the view of the sun and pool. Each room had a Roku TV which made it easy to enjoy whatever entertainment we were looking for -- music, TV, movies, etc. The house had it all -- including enough baby gear to make it so we didn't need the cartop carrier to haul our stuff! Pat was an extremely friendly and responsive owner and the management company was attentive (and even brought over additional grill items without us asking). We very much look forward to staying here again.

We had a family get together at this house and it was perfect for our crowd. Everything was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again next year.

This was a great experience for my family. We have first responders and medical workers in our family and this vacation home was perfect for much needed relaxation and fun. This home has everything needed for babies to adults. They thought of everything! The resort was great with all they offered. Thank you to the owners and resort personnel for making this such a great experience!!
