FORMOSA GARDENS  

nearest to Disney!  Retreat to your own Oasis after a busy day at the parks -  our Villa is set in a spacious garden lot, overlooking Star Lake.  A couple of minutes to shops and restaurants on the 192 and the New Super Walmart.  Animal Kingdom is only 5 minutes away!  Golf is just down the road too!  

3 minutes drive away is the new Margaritaville Sunset walk shops and dining area and the amazing Waterpark H2Olive at Margaritaville-

HIGHLANDS RESERVE 

Ideally situated for vsiting the parks or Golf, this beautiful community is the one  -  perfect for all the

family - based just 15-20 minutes from Disney World's main gate!

 Set atop one of the highest areas in the region, Highlands Reserve is not your typical Florida golf course.
