By renting one of our Villas, you are assured of a high standard, both of the service we provide and the quality of the accommodation. Your booking is safe with us, dealing directly with the owners, means you have no booking fees and a personal service right the way through from enquiry to after your stay.  We feature 6 of our own Villas Richardson Villas, 2 Villas which we book exclusively for the owners, and also  "More Villas" which are recommended by us.


We carefully selected the location and style of our villas. Each has its own special qualities and points of interest, be it the wonderful lake view, the sunset, the relaxing views of Florida Conservation or Meadows, or sitting right by a golf course. They are within 15-20 minutes to Disney and have very easy access to the parks, shopping and coast. 


The Orlando area offers so much for every age group whether it be relaxing round your private villa swimming pool, exploring the wonderful beaches of the Gulf or Atlantic coast or the excitement of all the Orlando Theme Parks as well as Busch Gardens in Tampa. 


Unlike a hotel, you pay for the home and not by the room which results in great value for money. Your vacation is important to you and us - don't settle for inferior accommodation - book with us - we know you won't be disappointed and will hopefully join our group of many happy vacationers who become returning guests to our homes


RELAX - all bookings are now covered by a Damage Waiver up to $1500 for your peace of mind.


OUR OWN - RICHARDSON - VILLAS

These are our own villas - decorated and furnished by us with loving care, to a high standard - you will find many little added extras which sets them above the norm. 

In our Vacation Homes you will find all the home from home comforts - all of the properties are well equipped with items to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including comfortable beds and luxury linens, fully equipped kitchens, large TV's, BBQ/Grills, as well as Games Rooms in all properties. 

For Babies we have cribs and high chairs - all pool doors are alarmed.  Some homes also feature a safety fence.  All homes feature a full home house alarm and coded safe.

We offer fast free secure wifi so you can keep in touch with family and friends, or if you need to work or educate whilst you are away from home.


You will have the ideal place to spend quality time with family or groups of friends and make wonderful lifetime memories.

All Homes are managed by the same local management company, who help us to keep our homes in great condition and are there to help with your needs should any issues arise during your stay.
