 Lake Sunrise Villa is furnished to a very high standard,  fully air-conditioned, spacious at 3,500 sq ft villa sleeps 10.  Set in large private garden overlooking Star lake with fabulous Sunrise Views, enjoy Florida living  - all day sun on our large pool area, with covered lanai outdoor lounge to relax by day and watch TV and chat about your day long into the evening!

Relax in comfort in your outdoor living room by the pool - keep cool with the ceiling fans, watch TV or enjoy an evening drink watching the lights twinkle around the lake!  Our home features beautifully designed spacious living accommodation, decorated with comfort and style in mind. The paved driveway has space for up to 4 cars - this is your ideal home away from home!


Entering the home you will find the first of two sitting rooms, with doors to the pool area - an ideal place to relax, catch up on the events of the day or enjoy gazing at the beautiful lake view. 

The formal dining area is also here where you can enjoy family meals together,


These two rooms lead to the large family room, with views of the lake and doors to the pool and lanai area. There is a large well equipped kitchen, with counter seating a further Dining nook - ideal for games night - and there is a large sitting area with leather sofas and large TV.


On the left side of the home is the 1st of two Master King bedrooms, this ground floor room has a large ensuite bathroom, with soaker tub, walk in shower and double vanities, and a walk in wardrobe. Decorated in a light coastal style, this room features a sitting area with patio doors and views of the lake.


The 2nd Master bedroom is upstairs - a very large room with King bed, it has an ensuite, walk in shower and double vanity and a large walk in closet. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and chairs, making this a perfect retreat.


Off the family room, is the 3rd Suite, this features a Queen bed with an ensuite Shower Room - this has access to the pool area and serves as a pool bathroom.


The two further bedrooms share the family bathroom - One is a Twin room with a Mickey Theme, ideal for children or adults - the second Seashore theme room is a flexible room which can be set as Twin Beds or a King,

All bedrooms feature luxury linens, comfortable mattresses and a smart tv.


There is a fabulous large games room (decor to be finished). This has a slate bed pool table and foosball (table football), air hockey, table for games, arcade machine and large Smart 75"TV and reclining chairs.  Fully air conditioned.


There is free, fast and secure wifi throughout the home


Outside you will find an extended deck for all day sun surrounding the large L shaped 30 x 18ft very private swimming pool and in ground hot tub. LED pool colour changing lighting creates a magical atmosphere at night.

 There is a covered lanai with - with  very comfortable seating for enjoying time outdoors, and plenty of sun loungers. There is also an outside TV.

Dine alfresco at the dining table with chairs for relaxing and catching up on the days events while enjoying the beautiful view over Star Lake.

The beautiful paved pool deck and paved area outside the cage, with large professional Gas BBQ and Bar top table,  is idea for enjoying   Florida outside living.

 Set in spacious gardens our home has plenty of space all round.

Soon to be installed secure fenced area, ideal for outdoor games.

The BBQ is included in your rate at no additional cost, provided it is left clean at the end of your stay.


Our home is fully managed locally by our wonderful House Managers, so you always have someone to call in case of a problem.


Answers to often asked questions - 

All bedrooms are on the ground floor with the exception of 1 large King suite which is upstairs, there are in total 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 rooms with twin beds (one flexible to allow for a king bed if required)

Pool Towels and bathroom towels provided.

There is a Coffee machine for filter coffee or pods (K-cups) & electric kettle.

The laundry area has a front loading washer and separate dryer.

The home has a keyless entry system, ring door bell and intruder alarm.

All doors to the pool area are alarmed to comply with Florida legislation.

Parking is available for up to 4 cars on the driveway - no roadway parking. The community does not allow RV, trailer or commercial vehicle parking

.

In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.

The villa is self-service-we provide a smaller starter pack of toilet rolls, cleaning materials, including dishwasher tabs and clothes washing tabs, paper towel, trash bags and a small face soap - guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as additional soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. according to their requirements. We do not supply kitchen spices etc for health and safety reasons.

Lead guest Must be 25+ Years of age - booking form with all guests names required to be completed.

No Party Groups or events of any kind are allowed.

* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking. It will costs $40 per night or in warmer months $20 per night for Spa only.

* All bookings are now covered by a Damager Protection Coverage

* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

Baby package including high chair, crib/cot & stair gates, pack and play, baby monitor, play mat and play pen - available at no extra charge. 

Accessible - Although not specifically adapted for wheelchairs, the ground floor is easily accessible.

Pets -Dogs can be allowed by prior arrangement with the owner - charges apply

(thorough cleaning takes place after every pet stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without their furry family)

Yet again a great vacation at Lake Sunrise. Stopped here numerous times and won’t stop going back. Love all the new upgrades in the villa definitely enhanced it. Location is key to this Villa on Formosa not far from Disney and having Margaritaville right next door with the water park for the kids and all the restaurants it’s great. Booking was easy from start to finish and having Sharon get our welcome pack food for when we arrived was another added benefit. No negative comments at all so get booking well worth the stay.

This spacious villa is very clean, extremely well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The pool area has a fantastic view of the lake and is very private. The games room is great for rainy days. Formosa gardens was also very quiet. The location is great for all theme and water parks. The booking process and communication with Pat was exceptional. Pat replied instantly and provided lots of information prior to arrival and also during our stay. Thank you Pat. We've stayed in several villas in Orlando and this was by far the best. We wouldn't hesitate in booking this villa again.

 Another perfect property

This is the third home we have rented from Pat, and it met and exceeded all our expectations. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to many restaurants and the Disney parks. The home is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would need. It is spacious and allowed privacy for our different age groups. We spent most of our time outside in pool and hot tub. Booking process and management company were very easy to deal with and always received quick responses to questions. Will always stay in one of Pat's homes when in the Orlando area.

Beautiful house in a perfect location.
We had an excellent holiday at Lake Sunrise. The house was perfectly clean and very well equipped for our stay. The outlook over the lake is lovely and we all enjoyed relaxing at the pool after a busy day at the parks. The house is so close to the Disney parks which is a major bonus. There are also lots of places to eat and supermarkets within a short drive. The owner Pat, provided us with lots of useful information and was easy to contact during our stay. We highly recommend Lake Sunrise and we very much hope to return in the future.

Highly recommend this beautiful Villa. Well maintained, spacious and located over looking a beautiful lake. Good location for some excellent golf courses, restaurants and of course the parks! The owners communicated promptly throughout the booking process, never leaving you in doubt. We are frequent travellers to the location, but if you are not then the instructions and location are easy to find!

Fantastic Second Stay Weve enjoyed a fab three week stay . Lovely sized villa, great family friendly pool area with a beautiful outlook across the lake and an absolutely brilliant location, you really are very close to absolutely everywhere, especially the Disney parks. Villa is very well equipped with everything youd need for a happy holiday. This was our second stay and was just as enjoyable as our first in 2019.  Would highly recommend you wont be disappointed!

This was our second stay and even though we knew what to expect it still has the WOW factor. It really is a wonderful home with everything you could possibly need to make your holiday extra special. The house is very clean, tidy and spacious and we would often spend days at the house recuperating after busy days at the theme parks. The pool is lovely and we would often spend time relaxing in the hot tub. This really is a great home in an excellent location.. Thanks again and we look forward to returning in 2024! All the best

I have been travelling to Orlando for almost 20 years and have stayed in numerous villas in that time. This villa is the best accommodation that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. From the initial contact, booking process and return of deposit it has been seamless. The villa itself is fantastic, managing to combine space, comfort and luxury whilst still feeling like home. The highlight is undoubtedly the pool area which is wonderful,combining both space and privacy. The location just off 192 is close to shops and restaurants and provides easy access to all amenities. I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa and when I return to Orlando my dates will be predicate on its availablity.

On arrival at the stunning Villa, Formosa Gardens we were simply blown away by the beautiful home and its stunning luxurious furnishings and decor. Every room was so beautifully decorated and immaculately clean and comfortable. There was nothing the villa owners hadnt thought of to make or Florida vacation perfect. The pool and decking area was spacious and more than adequately equipped with sun loungers, chairs, dining tables and a bar table and stools. Watching the sunset over the lake from the lovely, hot bubbling spa was a welcome treat in the evenings after long, park day and again in the mornings from the pool deck we had the added treat of Florida wildlife walking by right outside the screen such as cranes, ducks, rabbits and squirrelsso cute. My husband and son in law loved to have their pool competitions each evening in the games room with their favourite rock channel playing from the large screen tv. No fights over what tv channels to watch in this villa there are big screens all over (loved the one at the pool deck) the pool lights and tree lights are so pretty at night. You are so close to Disney property in this villa that you can hear the fireworks at night. Formosa gardens is a gated, secure community and not uniform or tightly packed like some other villa communities.  After renting Florida vacation villas since the early 90s we can confidently state this Villa has been our favourite villa ever.
