please note all rates are the daily rental rate for the whole home, Add to this Florida taxes, plus cleaning fee and Admin Fee as detailed on each individual property page.     Prices are in US Dollars.  If you wish to pay in another currency please send us a message.

If staying 10 or more nights we can normally offer a discount on our own homes, please ask for a quote.

Extras such as Pool and spa heat can be added at the time of booking or afterwards.

Where applicable - Pet fee is $100 for up to 2 pets (by prior arrangement)
