Renting a Villa - a few things we think you should know -
By renting one of our Villas you are assured of a high standard, both of the service we provide and the quality of the accommodation. Your booking is safe with us, dealing directly with the owners, means you have no booking fees and a personal service right the way through from enquiry to after your stay.
We carefully selected the location ands style of our villas. Each has its own special qualities and points of interest, be it the wonderful lake view, the sunset, the relaxing views of Florida Conservation or Meadows. They are within 15 minutes or less to Disney and have very easy access to the I4 for speedy journeys to the parks, shopping and coast. There are many golf courses close by too!
We have decorated and furnished the villas ourselves with loving care, to a high standard, and you will find many little added extras which sets them above the norm.
In our Vacation Homes you will find all the home from home comforts - all of the properties are well equipped with items to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including comfortable beds and luxury linens, fully equipped kitchens, large TV's, BBQ/Grills, as well as Games Rooms in most properties with PlayStations
For Babies we have cribs and high chairs - all pool doors are alarmed. We offer free secure wifi so you can keep in touch with family and friends. You will have the ideal place to spend quality time with family or groups of friends and make wonderful lifetime memories.
The Orlando area offers so much for every age group whether it be relaxing round your private villa swimming pool, exploring the wonderful beaches of the Gulf or Atlantic coast or the excitement of all the Orlando Theme Parks as well as Busch Gardens in Tampa.
Unlike a hotel, you pay for the home and not by the room which results in great value for money. Solterra Resort Gated Community ist ideal gelegen, nur 5 Minuten von der I4 mit einfachem Zugang zu den Parks entfernt - Disney kann in ca. 15 Minuten erreicht werden, es gibt viele Golfplätze in der Umgebung und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die schöne Gemeinde verfügt über ein erstklassiges Gemeindezentrum mit 4 Hektar Spaß vom Schwimmen bis zum Tennis mit einem Restaurant am Pool, einem Fitnessstudio und dem erstaunlichen neuen Lazy River. Ein Favorit bei unseren Gästen - unsere Villen mit privatem Pool blicken auf den Naturschutz und sind ein echtes Zuhause in der Ferne.
Windsor at Westside
is just off the route 192 and 27 - approximately 15 minutes to Disney. It too features a fabulous club house, with gym and bar-restaurant. There is a lazy river and a childrens pool area with beach access. There are many restaurants nearby and numerous golf courses. Our villa on Phase II of the gated community, with its elevated positon and views over water towards the Sunset is a guest favourite.

Formosa Gardens Estates, Disney am nächsten! Ziehen Sie sich nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in den Parks in Ihre eigene Oase zurück - unsere Villa befindet sich auf einem weitläufigen Gartengrundstück mit Blick auf den Star Lake. Ein paar Minuten zu Geschäften und Restaurants an der 192 und der New Super Walmart. Animal Kingdom ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt! Golf ist auch gleich die Straße runter! Wir haben diesem Haus einen großen, umzäunten Koch- und Essbereich hinzugefügt, damit Erwachsene und Kinder im Freien spielen können, und natürlich gibt es auch ein klimatisiertes Spielzimmer. 3 Autominuten entfernt befinden sich die neuen Margaritaville Sunset-Läden und der Essbereich sowie der fantastische Wasserpark H2Olive in Margaritaville, der im Juni 2019 eröffnet wird

Island H2O Live! lets you have a fabulous day of water park fun on your own terms. You can make a splash on the slides including the multi-guest racer, hang out in the interactive lazy river complete with caverns and awesome lighting effects, and watch the Live! entertainment including DJ’s, parties, and amazing surprise guests.
Buy your tickets online before you arrive so you can speed through entry and become a VIP! Once in the park, leave your cash in a locker and use the waterproof wristbands to buy food, merchandise, and communicate with the park itself. Island H2O Live! is completely interactive with games and experiences that let you earn points good for food and merchandise discounts, and the ability to control the streaming playlist! You can even take part in the Live! feeds that show everybody what a great day you are having.
