Renting a Villa - a few things we think you should know -
By renting one of our Villas you are assured of a high standard, both of the service we provide and the quality of the accommodation. Your booking is safe with us, dealing directly with the owners, means you have no booking fees and a personal service right the way through from enquiry to after your stay.
We carefully selected the location ands style of our villas. Each has its own special qualities and points of interest, be it the wonderful lake view, the sunset, the relaxing views of Florida Conservation or Meadows. They are within 15 minutes or less to Disney and have very easy access to the I4 for speedy journeys to the parks, shopping and coast. There are many golf courses close by too!
We have decorated and furnished the villas ourselves with loving care, to a high standard, and you will find many little added extras which sets them above the norm.
In our Vacation Homes you will find all the home from home comforts - all of the properties are well equipped with items to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including comfortable beds and luxury linens, fully equipped kitchens, large TV's, BBQ/Grills, as well as Games Rooms in most properties with PlayStations
For Babies we have cribs and high chairs - all pool doors are alarmed. We offer free secure wifi so you can keep in touch with family and friends. You will have the ideal place to spend quality time with family or groups of friends and make wonderful lifetime memories.
The Orlando area offers so much for every age group whether it be relaxing round your private villa swimming pool, exploring the wonderful beaches of the Gulf or Atlantic coast or the excitement of all the Orlando Theme Parks as well as Busch Gardens in Tampa.
Unlike a hotel, you pay for the home and not by the room which results in great value for money. is ideally located, just 5 minutes off the I4 with easy access to the Parks - Disney can be reached in about 15 minutes, there are many Golf courses in the area and restaurants and shopping nearby. The beautiful community features a world class community centre with 4 acres of fun from swimming to tennis with a poolside restaurant, gym and the amazing new Lazy River.
A favourite with our guests - our villas with private pool are overlooking conservation and are a real home away from home.
Windsor at Westside
is just off the route 192 and 27 - approximately 15 minutes to Disney. It too features a fabulous club house, with gym and bar-restaurant. There is a lazy river and a childrens pool area with beach access. There are many restaurants nearby and numerous golf courses. Our villa on Phase II of the gated community, with its elevated positon and views over water towards the Sunset is a guest favourite.

Formosa Gardens Estates, nearest to Disney! Retreat to your own Oasis after a busy day at the parks - our Villa is set in a spacious garden lot, overlooking Star Lake. A couple of minutes to shops and restaurants on the 192 and the New Super Walmart. Animal Kingdom is only 5 minutes away! Golf is just down the road too! We have added a great fenced cook out and dining area to this home, so adults and kids alike can play outdoors, and of course there is an air conditioned games room too. 3 minutes drive away is the new Margaritaville Sunset walk shops and dining area and the amazing Waterpark H2Olive at Margaritaville- opening June 2019
About Island H2O Live! open to the public
3 minutes from Formosa gardens and around 10-15 from Windsor and Solterra.
Island H2O Live! lets you have a fabulous day of water park fun on your own terms. You can make a splash on the slides including the multi-guest racer, hang out in the interactive lazy river complete with caverns and awesome lighting effects, and watch the Live! entertainment including DJ’s, parties, and amazing surprise guests.
Buy your tickets online before you arrive so you can speed through entry and become a VIP! Once in the park, leave your cash in a locker and use the waterproof wristbands to buy food, merchandise, and communicate with the park itself. Island H2O Live! is completely interactive with games and experiences that let you earn points good for food and merchandise discounts, and the ability to control the streaming playlist! You can even take part in the Live! feeds that show everybody what a great day you are having.
